Every aspect of our investigative services is customized to your specific needs and circumstances. We've streamlined our processes to make it easy for our clients to use our services and work with our investigators and support staff.

From the inception of your assignment through custom, investigative reporting, consistent communication ensures you are kept up to date on the progress of your case. Our dedicated case managers use the communication methods you prefer, delivering verbal and e-mailed updates and hard copy or e-mailed written reports. Audio and video evidence can be provided on your choice of media, including VHS, CD, video still photography or limited video streaming.

Customized reporting of investigation results can be provided on a monthly or quarterly basis. This allows you to track our performance on a number of levels, including but not limited to average invoice, video percentage, turnaround time and investigative quality.
