Brad Taunton is a Florida native and co founded Complete Claims Services, Inc. in June of 2000. After graduating from Florida State University in 1994 with a bachelor's degree in Criminology and Business/Insurance, Brad focused his efforts exclusively on the investigation and surveillance industry.
Brad worked exhaustively to gain experience in field operations where he developed a keen instinct and insight into the human element. This is the secret behind his success rate in identifying potential fraudulent insurance claims, and gathering important and credible information on the subjects of his investigations. His field investigation experience eventually led him into operations management. For the past 7 years, Brad has combined his experiences both in the field and behind the desk to create a reputation that is unmatched in the investigative industry. Brad is responsible for the day-to-day operations of this growing business serving as Vice President and Director of Operations.
Todd Harris is a Jacksonville native and co founded Complete Claims Services, Inc. in June of 2000. After graduating from the University of South Florida in 1986 with a Bachelors degree in Communication, Todd entered the insurance investigation industry in 1989.
Todd first served as a sales representative and eventually moved into management as a national sales manager of an insurance investigation company. He started Complete Claims Services, Inc., (CCS) with his business partner, Brad Taunton, in June of 2000. Over the past 15 years, Todd's professional approach, respect for and knowledge of the industry has allowed him to build lasting relationships and confidence in his product. As a result, CCS has developed into a regional investigation company covering the South East United States and employs 38 personnel. Currently, Todd serves as President and Director of Marketing and Corporate Financial Operations.
