Complete Claims Services, Inc. (CCS) was founded in June of 2000 by Mr. Todd Harris and Mr. Brad Taunton. Mr. Harris serves as President & Director of Marketing and Corporate Financial Operations and Mr. Taunton serves as Vice President and Director of Operations.

CCS is committed to protecting the resources of the insurance and self insured community by providing a nonbiased and professional investigative service. We emphasize customer satisfaction and utilize proactive strategies and aggressive time proven techniques to identify and document insurance fraud.

Mr. Taunton and Mr. Harris are responsible for and involved in the day-to-day operations of CCS. We have achieved a turn over rate of our personnel that is less than 8% annually, contributing to our reputation of consistency and quality. The CCS staff understands our commitment to our clients and has earned in excess of 150 years of direct experience in insurance fraud investigations related to bodily injury. Our diverse group of Field Investigators receives extensive training in all aspects of investigative report writing, professional responsibility, proper investigative techniques, and courtroom testimony. They are provided continuing education in order to remain equipped with the latest technology and information to remain focused on the basic functions of their position. Our Investigative Operations staff takes ownership of each investigation and utilizes a performance-based quality assurance program. They are dedicated to daily contact with the field investigators and continuous communication between all involved defense parties. Our Administrative staff is equipped with the latest technology to extend quality assurance and customize our final product to meet the individual needs of our clients. Our Marketing staff works daily to identify market trends and complete the conduit for communication and long term, professional relationships.

CCS utilizes only full time investigators and is fully licensed and insured in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. We routinely conduct both one and two person video surveillance with consistent success and locate investigations are a part of our daily practice. We utilize background research and activity check investigations both independently and in support of surveillance, as needed. Our staff is trained in recorded statement procedures, accident scene preservation and testimony under oath of varying nature. Database research on the local, state and national level serves a myriad of objectives from preliminary investigative efforts to general information retrieval. Extending our coverage area is a nationwide network of regional investigative companies who have proven to share our professional values and goals.
